I had a great experience at Bixby Knolls Modern Denistry. First off, what a great team. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome upon my arrival. Once signed in I was taken care of right away. Ray and Sal were very patient and took the time to let me know the services I was scheduled to receive. I did not understand a few of the services that would be done, and I was told that the dental hygienist would explain everything prior to the services. Julia, the dental hygienist is wonderful. She explained everything that she would be doing on my teeth and she was very gentle and making sure that all went well. It was over before I knew it, and I barely felt anything. Once the services was completed, Julie offered to walk me to the front to check out. Tori scheduled my appointment and again, I received great service. She was kind and patient. Tori took the time to find the date that would work best with my schedule. I highly recommend Bixby Knolls Modern Denistry. In Long Beach. Great job all of you!

I came here for two crowns and a deep cleaning on 10/7/2025. Dr. Kinh La-Pham and his dental assistant Brianna did my crown work and they were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, patient, focused, gentle, and precise. And both of them genuinely laughed at all of my jokes which made me feel comfortable and at ease because im a huge goofball. They took there time on the job and made sure that the work they were doing was being done right and effective instead of rushing through it in order to get onto the next patient. And after the work was completed Brianna took me to get x-rays to make sure the crowns set right and she was very patient and gentle as to make sure I wasnt bitting down too hard on the oral insert as to not hurt myself. As for the deep cleaning, dental hygienist Julie Vu did my cleaning and she was just as much as professional and attentive as the other two. She made sure I was comfortable and the main point of her focus during her season. Anytime I felt any pain she backed off and addressed the pain (out of concern for my comfort) and kept note of the sensitive area(s) and gave more local anesthetic at my request. It was a much needed job as my mouth now feel clean and is much easier to floss! And the office manager Ray Chapman did my initial intake and he was meticulously thorough with the info and numbers and took his time to make sure that I understood the process, procedures, potential risk (as there are with any medical treatment) as well as giving me the best price possible. They also make there crowns in-house here. Needless to say I'm very happy with the care I received here and this location will be my go to for future dental work. I will also be recommending this place to others.
