My hygienist Lyca was great! She explained the process and was extremely efficient and getting the deep cleaning done! She also gave me tips on oral hygiene that I began implementing after my appointment.

Dr. La-Pham is the best. He's very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He always speaks to you and interacts with you. He does explain to you what he's doing for that visit and makes sure that you're comfortable. Updates you on what he's concerned about for future visits. Assistants and staff are very friendly and welcoming, they also try to make to feel comfortable. I know that I made the right decision with Dr. LA-Pham and I would highly recommend him to others

I had a great experience at Bixby Knolls Modern Denistry. First off, what a great team. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome upon my arrival. Once signed in I was taken care of right away. Ray and Sal were very patient and took the time to let me know the services I was scheduled to receive. I did not understand a few of the services that would be done, and I was told that the dental hygienist would explain everything prior to the services. Julia, the dental hygienist is wonderful. She explained everything that she would be doing on my teeth and she was very gentle and making sure that all went well. It was over before I knew it, and I barely felt anything. Once the services was completed, Julie offered to walk me to the front to check out. Tori scheduled my appointment and again, I received great service. She was kind and patient. Tori took the time to find the date that would work best with my schedule. I highly recommend Bixby Knolls Modern Denistry. In Long Beach. Great job all of you!
